Students have physical education four to five times a week on
our extensive athletic fields, and in our pool. The curriculum
includes a variety of traditional team sports, as well as individual
sports and fitness activities. Sports include football, baseball, softball,
basketball, volleyball, and soccer along with water polo and track. This
is carried out in a learning environment where students are made to feel
comfortable, encouraged to take risks, and guided to discover their own
strengths.
Boys and girls compete in interscholastic team sports beginning in fourth
grade.
Intermediate and junior high students also compete in track.
