Grandparents and Special Friends Day 2019

This was one of our favorite Grandparents and Special Friends Day ever! Our guests enjoyed performances from the Bobcat Chorus, Primary students on recorders, and ECD children in song. Our Head of School Dr. Lisle Staley spoke to a very full Hodges Theater about what makes Berkeley Hall so special, which was followed by a presentation about our newly renovated Innovation Lab. After the program, guests visited the classrooms to spend time with their student hosts and then returned to Hodges for a House activity. Each of the four Houses (Respect, Responsibility, Honesty, and Compassion) choreograph a dance with the help of our visitors and then students and their guests performed their dance together for everyone present. It was such a joy to host our special guests for the morning, and we enjoyed seeing all the love expressed by generations of Bobcats!
