Let your Character Shine

At Berkeley Hall, every student in Grades 1–8 belongs to a House: Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, or Compassion, named after our school’s core values.

Together, these Houses form a vibrant community that celebrates connection, leadership, and school spirit across the grades.

Why It Matters:

  • Cross-grade friendships and mentorships throughout the BHS journey

  • Hands-on leadership opportunities for older students

  • Real-world practice in empathy, teamwork, and self-awareness

  • Fun, inclusive challenges that let every student shine

What is House Day?

Held on select Friday afternoons throughout the year, House Day is an exciting tradition where students in multiple grades team up. They wear House colors and participate in creative challenges, from high-energy games and trivia to engineering builds and the popular Lip Sync Challenge. Each event brings the community together and earns points toward the coveted House Trophy.

Discover a meaningful value and let it shine in your actions every day!

Mr. Spencer, House Coordinator
