Ms. Harris spent most of her childhood in northern Virginia near Washington D.C., she has lived in Maryland, Missouri, Illinois, and Florida. On summer breaks, she traveled to the east coast to spend time with her family. She especially has fun when she is with her nieces and nephews.
Interesting facts about her: she was an intern for WUSA Channel 9 news in D.C. and studied marine biology in Peru for a semester.
Why do I love teaching? I love teaching because I value the outcome of learning and growth.
