Lisa K. Garner

Lisa K. Garner is a member of the Berkeley Hall School Board of Trustees. She recently joined the Board in April of 2014. Lisa was active at Berkeley Hall before that, as she attends many of the events of her friends’ children and has assisted in coaching the Mock Trial Class. Lisa graduated from Berkeley Hall School in 1981, as a member of the first class to graduate on the new Mulholland Drive campus. Her primary board responsibilities are to assist with employment issues and to provide ongoing metaphysical support for the School and its activities.

After graduating from Berkeley Hall, Ms. Garner attended Westlake School for Girls (now Harvard-Westlake) and then received a degree with Honors in History from UCLA. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School and is currently a partner with Gordon & Rees, LLP, where she specializes in business and employment litigation and counsels management on employment issues. With her free time, Lisa teaches Sunday School, does yoga, attends hockey games, theatre, and the ballet, and spends time with her rescue dog, Tennyson.
